We had the Ometek team in to paint the inside of our house. They did a great job, finished on time, and Sam was very responsive with communication, which I appreciate. We engaged Ometek for painting and repairing the weatherboard elements of our townhouse and along with competitive pricing the whole job was done in two days. Sam and his team did a great job on my new house. The walls were a mess when I got it, different colours everywhere (some very dark and some light), super glue on the walls, lots of cracks. It's looking great now. He also was able to come without a lot of notice close to Christmas, which I really appreciated. He gave good, straightforward advice and was upfront about it when he realised the job was bigger than anticipated and made sure that we understood the additional costs before going ahead (he did the quote from the floorplan and photos prior to settlement). We used Sam and his team at Ometek Painting for a large commercial job in Coburg. As part of our end of lease, we needed to repaint 2 large office spaces which had 15 years of scuffing and damage to the walls. Sam and his team were brilliant to deal with from the get go. Sam attended to ensure he was clear on our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure the paint job was of the highest quality. His communication was excellent and you can tell he prides himself and his team on producing a high level of work, a great price and within a quick time frame. The best part of our experience with Ometek, was their old world customer service. Sam wanted to make sure we were happy with the painting and his team were all very lovely. Sam and his team did a splendid job painting the second storey exterior, fascia & eaves of our home as well as a side fence and roller garage door. The access was challenging ( another painting company refused to quote citing prohibitive cost for access) but Sam‘s team managed with agility and skill using ladders and extension poles . The surface preparations were thorough and meticulous, including several carpentry repairs at no additional costs. Their efforts showed in the excellent finish. Sam is a bit of a perfectionist but easy and flexible to deal with, even accommodating a change of paint colour midway through the fence painting. Very happy with Sam and his team's work. They repaired and repainted the exterior of our 103 year old weatherboard home. They added period features that I wanted to bring back to the house and made our little beauty grand again! It was a lot of work but all done in 5 days. All my little requests were quickly actioned with no problems. The quote was competitive and they offered more services than what other painters offered e.g. replacing broken weatherboards.
